The HEALTH CHECK is a great way to manage your health, even if you are feeling well and healthy, the health check is available to you.

The Health Check is a free check-up of your overall health. It can tell you whether you are at higher risk of getting certain health problems, such as:

  2. Diabetes
  3. Kidney disease
  4. Stroke.

If you are over 65, you will also be told the signs and symptoms of dementia to be aware.

Your  Health Check assessment will measure your risks of developing health problems, and give you advice on how to prevent future health problems.
